Net Asset Value
Net Asset Value is an indication of the size of the fund which is typically expressed in millions of dollars. It is calculated as total assets minus current liabilities. If we were to explain Net Asset Value in relation to a Mutual Fund, the Mutual funds assets may include penny stocks, large cap stocks, etfs and cash whereas their liabilities may include debt.
